FLIGHTS: The schedule given in the program can differ with or without prior notice from the airlines. If you booked flights on your own, any change on the flights needs to be updated to us before the trip. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, but we will try to give the best solution following your program. 

CHILDERN: Children’s rates are based on year of birth (passport required for accuracy). Some attractions may apply child rates based on height.  Any additional fees not prepaid must be paid on the spot. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: 

- Check-in time is 2.00 pm or 3.00 pm - Checkout time is 10.30 am or 12.00 pm based on each hotel.  A surcharge for early check-in or late check-out will be applied. 

- A deposit for incidental charges may be required at 4 and 5-stars hotels upon check-in time by guests’ credit card imprint OR cash from 50 -200 USD/room/night and it is refunded after deducting any consumption at checkout. 

FOOD/MEALS if any: 

- Breakfast in hotels (if we book hotels) 

- Lunches and dinners on private tours will be Indian cuisine in major cities. However, this may not be applicable in certain destinations such as Ha Long Bay, mountainous areas, and local villages.

- Lunches and Dinners on the SIC tour (Group tour) are local food only (local veg and non-veg food are available). 

- Other types of foods such as: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian... and so on are excluded from our tour package. If you want to add these types of food to your trip, kindly update the requirements from the beginning of the travel request. 

- Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm, including pick up/drop off from/to hotel if any meals are requested to be included. Overtime (after 9.00 pm) will be surcharged. 

TIPPING (exclude from tour price): are highly recommended and expected for guides, drivers, staffs... Kindly prepare it in advance in cash and give it directly to them. 

TRANSFER: 

- Our price is based on the group arriving (or departing) at one time (one flight). In case, clients arrive (or depart) at different flight times and need a different airport transfer, an extra transfer will be charged. 

- The transfer (or guide) will be provided only for sightseeing and activities as indicated in the detailed itinerary. If you need a transfer for lunch/dinner or more time for sightseeing or visiting more places or meals, please inform us in advance to include the cost from the beginning. 

Your understanding and punctuality are appreciated because our tour guides and drivers also need to be refreshed and recharged to work well during these next days.
