We believe that a memorable journey is shaped not only by beautiful destinations but also by a deep understanding of our guests’ needs, reliable information, and authentic experiences. Every itinerary at Kind Travel is thoughtfully designed to offer convenience, comfort, and meaningful connections with Vietnam’s culture, nature, and people.
Service Booking Process
1. Consultation & Booking:
- Leave your contact information, and one of our Travel Specialists will get in touch with you.
- Receive a tailor-made itinerary designed exclusively for your group.
- Review and customize your itinerary to match your travel preferences, style, and budget.
- Confirm your final itinerary and all travel services.
- Secure your booking by making the required deposit. You will then receive:
- An official invoice
- Your finalized itinerary
- Submit the required travel documents (such as passport copies, international flight details, etc.) so we can complete the handover from our Sales Team to our Operations Team.
2. Booking Confirmation:
- Meet your dedicated Kind Travel team—the people who will take care of your group throughout your journey.
- Receive your official booking confirmation from our Operations Team.
3. Before Your Trip:
- Follow the guidance from our Customer Care Team on what to pack based on the weather, along with useful travel tips before arriving in Vietnam.
- Prepare and complete the remaining balance payment according to our payment policy on your arrival date.
- Follow the airport pick-up information provided by our Operations Team, including your welcome sign, driver details, vehicle information, photos, and other arrival instructions to ensure a smooth arrival.
- Complete your Arrival Card form with guidance from our Operations Team.
- Provide any remaining required documents (such as your visa) so we can verify your travel information if you are applying for your visa independently.
- Note: If you have any special requests—such as dietary requirements, vegetarian meals, food allergies, or if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, or another special occasion—please let our team know in advance. We'd be happy to make special arrangements for you.
4. During Your Trip:
- Receive your local SIM card and use it throughout your trip (if this service has been booked with us).
- Receive daily tour updates from our Operations Team between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM for the following day's schedule.
- Your tour guide will be added to your group chat one day before each touring day.
- Note: For domestic flights, our Operations Team will send your online check-in and boarding pass according to each airline's policy.
- Receive memorable photos taken during your trip from your tour guide.
- During your free time or outside the scheduled tour hours, our Customer Care Team will happily recommend great local restaurants, cafés, attractions, and hidden gems for your group to explore on your own.
5. After Your Journey:
- Return home and receive a thank-you letter from the Kind Travel team.
- Depending on your itinerary, you may have the opportunity to meet our team during your journey and receive a small farewell gift from us.
- Note: The meeting schedule will be arranged based on your travel itinerary.
